You propose .... he accepts .... and then he cribs about the proposal.
I am talking about the business client ... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr .... I proposed requirements on a certain project and the guy signed off on requirements and we delivered the product to him and he complains requirements were never clear and complete.
My head hurts after a grueling 3 hrs meeting....

Ouch! Maybe you can grill him to pay you more to do the change request ...

The irony of the situation was that we had developed the product just right ... aparently the client was frustrated because he felt he was not taken into confidence before we developed the product and that scared him.
Scared him .. he says .. I thought we should have been scared ... he signed off on something without realising what it was !! Scary !
